Refund & Return Policy – Tag Gone

At Tag Gone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return and refund policy:

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skin care products cannot be returned.

• Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us for a replacement.

• Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective.
